Philosophy
I realized when I bought my first property, that I was making an
investment. But, at the same time, I knew I'd be creating a very
special place that I'd call "home". It's no wonder then, when it comes
to buying or selling property, the notion of "home" often layers the
process with emotion. I understand that component of this business, and
strive to help my clients make good strategic decisions, with one of
their largest assets.
I always wanted my own business--one that is challenging, rewarding, and a way to support my family.
In the past 10 years I have bought and sold three primary residences,
and three vacation/investment properties. As a buyer, I have had to
balance what I could afford each month, with what I considered my
"dream home". As a seller, I have had to be realistic in what to expect
for a return. It's because I've "been there", that I follow one very
simple rule—treat my clients the way I would like to be treated. It's
that simple.
Each day I meet interesting,
intelligent and creative people, many of whom I get a chance to work
with as a client. It's my personal and professional mission to do a
superb job, so that I retain my clients for life, not just a
transaction. Because getting the job done is not enough, it needs to be
done right.
So if you are thinking of buying or
selling, now, or in the future, drop me an email or give me a call. I
look forward to hearing from you.
